I guess going to Coldwater is going to have to wait until Wednesday. I am in desperate need of some bike time!
Early this morning this world lost a great man, Vanessa’s grandfather Grampy. I use the name Grampy because that was what he preferred me to call him. I had only called him Mr. Bauman once in my life and after I had I was promptly requested to call him Grampy.
Grampy was a great man and a true leader of his family. He was also a fine example of what every man should strive to be. He was strong in his beliefs and always put his family before himself. A kind hearted man who seemed to always enjoy himself everywhere he went. He was always the voice of reason in every situation.
I am sad for the loss of Grampy. Not only for Vanessa and her family, but for everyone else’s lives Grampy has touched. I am even more heartbroken for those who never got the chance to spend time with the man. They truly missed out on one of history’s greats.
Rest in peace Grampy. Know that you will live on in the hearts of all of us.

@wardamnphil shooting the final shots of the day. Good day of shooting with many more to come.

Me and the boss doing what we do, shooting video of people running through a creek.
Today was my first day shooting video on the 7D and I have to say it was pretty amazing. Almost makes me want to sell my Nikon gear and go Cannon; almost.

Great day shooting the promo video and photos for the Dirty Tiger Challenge, Auburn’s best mud run. Check it out on Facebook and the website with videos will be coming to your shortly.
All photos and video were shot by myself and the rest of the Flip Flop Foto crew.
I am feeling pretty beat up today from jumping that bike in the pond. Sore in so many random places. Man it was worth it.
I need a new event to train for. Any thoughts? Running, biking, and if I have to swimming events accepted.
